Sometimes life put you down and you may catch under a darkness. It may be due to a disastrous loss of a job or a relationship that ended. That times, you may feel engulfed, stressed out, and defeated. You may even think to surrender or give up everything.

Remember, there are some things you can do to lift your soul, alleviate your mental stress and reframe your present. Believe that this shall too pass.
