Probably one of the things that makes it so hard is that to know yourself, you have to know what moves you and what keeps you from moving.
If you can figure out what moves you, then you can accomplish almost anything you want badly enough. If you don’t figure it out, then you’ll need someone else to move you which limits your options considerably.
You should ask yourself what is the one thing that keeps you alive. You need to ask yourself the questions that you find hard to answer. There isn’t any underline formula to know oneself, it’s a constant journey.
